There are a few companies that we have always felt were kindred spirits when it comes to customer service and In N Out burgers is at the top of the list. We’ve always wanted to poach one of their employees and we finally got the chance with Amy Hopkins. She has joined Team BLL in 2024 like she has been working here her whole life and we couldn’t be more thrilled. You’ll find her either working at the front desk or on the floor as a Master Esthetician but if she starts reciting your order back to you gently remind her that she works at Beauty Lab now. Some good habits are hard to break. She’s one of our favorite esties to book with on Self Care Sundays and our designated walking guide when barcrawling downtown.
