Beauty Lab + Laser is the brainchild of Heather Gay and Andrea Robinson, commonly known as Dreather. As bootstrapping entrepreneurs and best friends, they wanted to build a cosmetic medical practice with all the best and no BS.

Frustrated with the mystery and misogyny often baked into peddling self-improvement, Dreather set out to create a space where customers feel seen, heard, and valued: three basic human needs that are too often missing in the medical industry.

Beauty Lab + Laser has a simple mission. When a customer walks through the doors, the staff is trained to value their time, money, experience, and most importantly, their own personal definition of beauty.

We believe in beauty by the people, for the people. We know you need highly trained medical experts for injections, and we also know those same experts need to check their egos and personal ideas of what is beautiful at the door when it comes to your face and how you want to look.

Our first disruption of the injections industry came in the form of the revolutionary Mini Lip Plump. Too many clients wanted a little plump, but not a lot, and we responded. Often imitated, never duplicated, Beauty Lab + Laser is a trailblazer and will continue to look out for customers before profit.

We offer the latest celebrity treatments with prices posted before you purchase, and we refuse to accept tips or gratuities. Our reward is your satisfaction. Everybody is somebody at the Lab. We embrace all forms of beauty and are proud to be an advocate and ally to the LGBTQIA+ community.
