What Can I Expect During My Appointment?
Your esthetician will ask about your concerns and skin care goals before beginning. Once expectations have been set, we are ready to begin. There are typically 4 steps of a chemical peel treatment. 1- A thorough cleanse. 2- A pre-treatment solution is applied. 3- The application of the peel. Depending on the peel that was chosen, multiple layers may be done. Or after a number of minutes, the peel will be removed. 4- Post care products and SPF will be applied. Your esthetician will finish by going over post care instructions so you can get your best results.
How Long Do Results Last?
Results from a Mega Feel the Peel can last several months, with many clients seeing dramatic improvements in discoloration, texture, and radiance after just one treatment. To maintain your glow and continue improving stubborn concerns, a series of treatments spaced a few months apart may be recommended. Do Chemical Peels Hurt?

Is There Any Downtime or Recovery After This Treatment?
This depends on the peel selected.Yes, some social downtime is expected with our Mega Feel the Peels. Most clients experience visible peeling or flaking that starts a few days post-treatment and can last up to a week. Redness, dryness, or sensitivity are also common during this time. While you can return to work and most daily activities right away, you may prefer to plan your peel when you don’t have major social events. These peels are powerful, so strict sun avoidance and consistent use of gentle, medical-grade aftercare products are essential.

Is There Any Prep For This Treatment?
Discontinue use of retinol, active ingredients like glycolic and salicylic, and any topical acne creams 5-7 days before and after your treatment. We can’t treat skin that has recently been waxed or lasered. We can’t treat sunburned skin, or skin that has any open wounds or rashes. So other than making sure your skin is treatable, just come into your appointment and we will take care of the rest!
