As the founder and heart of Beauty Lab + Laser, Heather has always believed beauty should be fun, approachable, and never intimidating. Long before med spas were everywhere, she was dreaming up a place where everyone would feel welcome, whether it was their very first treatment or their fiftieth.
You probably also know her from The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, where the world got to see exactly who we already knew she was: funny, authentic, resilient, and unapologetically herself. But when she's at the Lab, she's simply Heather. Brainstorming the next big idea, testing new treatments, cheering on the team, and making sure we're always pushing the industry forward.
Heather has tried just about every treatment we offer (usually before anyone else), making her the ultimate guinea pig and unofficial quality control department. If she's obsessed with it, chances are our clients will be too.
Her creativity is matched only by how deeply she cares about the people around her. She has built a culture where everyone is VIP, confidence comes before perfection, and beauty is about feeling like the very best version of yourself.
